Tilos Mask Buckle Replacement
Find the model number printed on your Tilos mask, use the compatibility guide below, then select the matching replacement part. Colors are listed separately when available.
- Thin C clip: thinner straps such as MS500 and MS300
- Thick C clip: standard straps such as MS200 and MS210
- Pins: P1 and P2 are optional replacement pins unless the selected buckle requires one
- No replacement available: Cogito M189 and Morphi M910 use different buckle structures
If your mask generation is unclear, email support@tilos.com with front, side-buckle, and top-logo photos before ordering.
Part E: choose the correct peg size
Part E comes in two peg sizes. Match your mask model before ordering; the two sizes are not interchangeable.
- Small peg - M250: MA-EBK (black) and MA-EWT (white).
- Large peg - M580 / M590: MA-E-LBK (black), with a slightly larger mounting peg for these masks.
These are individual Part E replacements, not complete buckle assemblies.

After I got the right mask strap
The pin is actually all i needed, however it is thin plastic and very difficult to install. It is working for now, however it will not be reliable but I will use it in our pool at home, but not on snorkel or dive trips. However, customer service was very helpful in ordering and in followup.

my older scubapro clear vu mask buckle broke a few years ago and I put a velcro mask band on with a screw. It worked but was ugly and perhaps weak. I don't want to replace the mask because I put percription lenses in it. this buckle fit perfectly and has restored my mask to like new.

After 10 years of use one of the plastic clips on my wife’s mask broke. I ordered 2 replacements (figured it would be smart to replace both) and put them on. They fit perfectly and got here in 2 days. Great service.
My local dive shop did not have the buckle in stock and suggested going onto your website and match up with looking at pictures. That didn’t work but saw where it said to send photos and they would ID what buckle needed. Within hours I was instructed which buckle to purchase. Less than a week later I had the buckle. the buckle on my mask broke - contacted Tilos because I didn't know which one I needed for replacement. They answered me quickly, determined which one I needed and my order came in quickly. New buckles seem stronger than the old ones so I'm sure they will last a long time (my old one was several years old)
